DOCKEX is early — founder-led, building fast. No team yet, just real work and a high bar for who does it next. We don't have a hiring machine. We have work to do, and we care who does it with us.
We're not looking for people who are good at looking busy. We want builders: people who ship, who take ownership, and who don't need a lot of hand-holding to figure out what needs to get done.
If you care about trucking, logistics, or the unglamorous-but-essential infrastructure that keeps commercial fleets moving. You'll fit right in here. The problem we're solving matters to real operators. We take that seriously.
We move fast, ship real things, and fix problems instead of debating them.
At this stage, the work spans everything. We don't need specialists who can only work in their lane.
IRP and IFTA compliance isn't exciting on paper. But getting it right means real carriers run more efficiently. That's worth caring about.
We're not chasing trends. We picked boring, proven tools and we move fast with them.
