On Starter, you file IRP, IFTA, 2290, and UCR yourself — we prep every form and calculation, you hit submit on the portal. On Professional and Business, we take the submission end to end: 2290 and UCR filed for you nationwide; IRP and IFTA calculated and prepared everywhere, and filed for you in Oklahoma. State registrations and titles are done-for-you in Oklahoma; outside Oklahoma we prepare them for your submission. Commission applies only to new registrations and title transfers — 4% on Starter and Professional, 3% on Business, $15 minimum. Never on renewals.
