The company builds cloud-based software that prepares IRP (International Registration Plan) apportioned registrations and IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) quarterly fuel tax returns for commercial carriers everywhere, files them for you in Oklahoma, and handles DOT compliance (driver qualification files, FMCSA CSA monitoring) nationwide.

DOCKEX was founded by Bardia Marandi, who built the platform after spending years deep in Oklahoma's commercial filing process and seeing firsthand how much time carriers lose to manual paperwork. The goal: replace a slow, error-prone process with software that gets it right the first time.
